A recipe book that highlights culinary traditions, recipes and the stories behind the dishes that has become part of us growing up. The recipe book “Taste of Type” is a group publication that our class brainstormed that centered on tradition and highlights dishes from different countries.
For the individual project, I designed a 4-spread (8-page) layout for my chosen recipe/dish. I chose the dessert called “Mango Float” a Filipino dessert popular in the Philippines. I gathered the recipes, highlight the dish’s history, and the story behind why I chose the dish.
