About the project:
I created a centerfold magazine spread for an existing article based on Louise Kramer's, “Eat Well, Feel Well,” in Millie Magazine. This project aims to develop an image-driven centerfold spread that effectively communicates the article's message.
My Approach:
The composite image consists of various foods, including fruits, vegetables, snacks, and more, arranged into the shape of a heart. This heart symbolizes how food makes us feel. I chose a heart shape because food nourishes our bodies, provides us with energy, and offers support. However, the long-term effects of consuming different foods can vary on our bodies.

Design Process:
The Right side of the heart consists of: Fruits, Vegetables
The left side of the heart consists of highly processed foods, meals
The face at the center of the heart reflects the effects of the various foods we consume.
The words highlight the benefits of eating nourishing foods for our bodies.
